How to Return

Pack the items securely and stick the FedEx label on the package. Schedule a FedEx return and give the parcel to the FedEx department member.
  2. In-Store Returns: Take the item and purchase slip to the nearest BB&B store. Reach out to a store executive for assistance.
  3. Returns For Truck Delivery: Email [email protected] to schedule a pick-up for large-size items received through truck delivery within 30 days.
