How to Return
- Online Returns: Go to the BB&B online returns/replacement page and enter your Order Number and E-mail. Click Next. Answer the necessary questions and get your FedEx shipping label. Pack the items securely and stick the FedEx label on the package. Schedule a FedEx return and give the parcel to the FedEx department member.
- In-Store Returns: Take the item and purchase slip to the nearest BB&B store. Reach out to a store executive for assistance.
- Returns For Truck Delivery: Email [email protected] to schedule a pick-up for large-size items received through truck delivery within 30 days.
