How to Return
- For in-store returns: Visit the nearest Coach store with your receipt and inform the representative about the return.
- For mail returns: Fill out the return form included with your order, print the shipping return label, and ship the product to CSI Returns, One Coach Way, Jacksonville, FL 32218 using a trackable courier service.
