How to Return
- Visit Cole Haan’s online returns portal.
- Proceed with your order number and email address.
- Choose the items you want to return from the order.
- Follow the steps and print your prepaid return label.
- Pack the items, attach your label, and send them to their warehouse using UPS.
- For in-store returns, take the items and the card used for payment to your nearest store.
