How to Return
- Log in to your Dior account.
- Go to 'My orders' and locate your item.
- Click on 'Request a return.'
- Choose the size or color for an exchange if needed.
- Receive a confirmation email.
- Pack the item and attach the prepaid label.
- Drop off the item at any UPS drop off point.
- Alternatively, call customer service to arrange a return pickup.
