How to Return
- Visit the Eastbay website and request a return.
- Specify where the purchase was made (online or retail).
- For online purchases, enter email address and order number.
- Select items to return and place a return request.
- For retail purchases, provide estimated weight, reference number, item description, and SKU code.
- Print the return label and attach it to the return parcel.
