How to Return
- Log in to your account on the Famous Footwear website.
- Go to the order section and select the product you wish to return.
- Provide a reason for the return.
- Print out a shipping form and mail the product to: Famous.com Returns, 625 Maddox Simpson Parkway, Lebanon, TN 37090.
- For in-store returns, pack the item in its original condition and take it to the nearest store with the purchase receipt and tags.
