- Securely pack the return parcel in the original package with the bottom of the invoice and return form.
- Mention SKU code, item description, quantity, and reason on the return form.
- Attach the pre-authorized return shipping label and drop it off at any UPS store.
- Return To Store: Visit the nearest Hot Topic store with the receipt and item in original packaging.
