How to Return

  1. For in-store returns: Bring the product with original packaging and receipt to the customer service desk.
  2. For online returns: Log in to rei.com, pack the product in original packaging, include proof of purchase, attach return shipping label, and send to REI RETURNS DEPARTMENT, 1700 45TH ST E, SUMNER, WA 98352.
  3. For returns via email/call: Contact REI by phone or email, provide necessary details, and drop the package at the nearest REI store.
