Gift ReturnsGift returns receive store credit when returned in-store with gift receipt or order confirmation. Mail returns of gifts will refund original purchaser. For gift returns without receipt, visit local Sephora store for assistance with exchange. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
ExceptionsGift cards, certain Sephora Favorites Kits, and intimate care items are final sale. Hazmat items must be returned via USPS. Sephora at Kohl's purchases must be returned to Kohl's. Purchases made at Mohegan Sun store with Player's Club Points are only eligible for exchange within 30 days. Items shipped to parcel forwarding companies are not eligible for replacement or refund if reported missing or damaged

  1. For mail returns: Start return online at Sephora.com/returns to generate free prepaid shipping label
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging if available, or use well-padded envelope/box to prevent damage
  3. Print shipping label or request printerless FedEx Mobile Return Code
  4. No packing slip needed if using prepaid return label
  5. Drop off package at specified FedEx location
  6. Track return status online through Sephora returns portal
  7. For in-store returns: Bring items and proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or Beauty Insider account) to any Sephora store
  8. Allow up to 30 days for mail returns to be processed and refund to be issued
