How to Return
- For in-store returns, take the item and purchase receipt to the nearest Steve Madden store (excluding Colorado, Utah, and Savannah, GA locations).
- For online returns, log into your Steve Madden account, select the product to return, print the shipping label, and drop off at a nearby FedEx location.
- For returns without a receipt, go to a nearby Happy Returns bar with your email address or order number.
